The Killers frontman, Brandon Flowers, sat with NME magazine to speak about his first solo album which is going to be called 'Flamingo'.

Flowers said the songs "Hard Enough" and "Welcome To Fabolous Las Vegas" are set to appear on his record, and that he's made a collaboration with Rilo Kiley singer Jenny Lewis in "Welcome To Fabolous Las Vegas".

Among the producers of the solo material there are  Stuart Price (Madonna, The Killers' 'Day & Age' album), Daniel Lanoid (Bob Dylan, U2) and Brendan O'Brien (Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen).

The album will be released in autumn and Flowers will play solo gigs on 2011 in the UK.
